What is the Tower in Poly Loot?
The Tower is the area the V4.5 update added on October 31, 2026 at 17:00 UTC, and the game’s Roblox title has read [🏰TOWER] Poly Loot since. Its centrepiece is the Competition Tower, a floor-by-floor climb with a season leaderboard.
The notes count 3 new bosses, 3 new weapons, a new armor set, 2 new mounts, 5 new skins and a new enchantment across the whole update. One of those bosses, Abyssor, is at the Beach rather than the Tower.
How do you get to the Tower?
On foot the first time. The notes say only: “Travel from the World Map to the Tower once you’ve been there.”
Tokyowends found the way on launch day: a gap in the rocks in the starting fields, beside the way in to the bears and near the cow (unverified). Walk through it and the game shows “New place on your map: Tower”, and a wooden walkway leads to the tower door. The map page covers the fields.

How does the Competition Tower work?
- Level 10 to start. That is the only gate in the notes.
- One floor at a time. Locked floors show a “Beat Floor 1 first” button. Your place is saved: Tokyowends left after floor 3 to sell items and came back to floor 4.
- Three waves, three minutes. The fight screen on floor 4 shows Wave 1, 2 and 3 with a countdown from 3:00. No source we read shows what happens if it runs out.
- 2,500 coins per first clear, per season. Replays pay nothing. Coin boosts count: with +10% from a clan and another +10%, Tokyowends received 3,000.
- Alone, it seems. Tokyowends tried to bring a friend and ended up on the floor alone (unverified).
- No top floor in sight. The floor list keeps going past 300, and the notes list boss floors “and so on”.
- Enemies still drop loot. Tokyowends’ inventory filled up within three floors, so clear yours before a long climb. Candy Corn drops here too until Lootaween ends.
Which weapon should you use on each floor?
Whichever the floor lists as Strong. Each floor names weapon types with a damage multiplier, and you can read any floor’s panel before you start, even a locked one. In the fight, a “This floor” panel shows the multiplier on what you are holding.
These are the floors shown in Tokyowends’ video, which is in Portuguese, so some names are translated here:
| Floor | Strong | Weak | Enemies |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1, Grasslands, level 10 | Twinblade Axe x2 | Great Sword x0.75 | Wolf, Pig, Bear |
| 4, Grasslands, level 25 | Dagger x2 | Great Sword x0.75 | Pig, Wolf, Bear |
| 50, Bastion, level 255 | Hammer x3 | Axe x0.5, Katana x0.5 | The Tower Guardian |
| 100, Summit, level 505 | Sword x3 | Scythe x0.25, Axe x0.5 | The Chained Warden |
| 123, Grasslands, level 620 | Great Axe x3, Great Sword x2.5 | Katana x0.25, Scythe x0.25 | Wolf, Bear, Pig |
Two patterns stand out:
- The gap widens as you climb. Floor 1 runs from x2 to x0.75. By floor 123, a Great Axe at x3 hits 12 times as hard as a Katana at x0.25.
- Enemy level rises by 5 per floor. All five floors above fit floor x 5 + 5. That formula is our reading, not a published one.
So when a player in the official Discord asks which sword to use for floor 90, there is no fixed answer. The right weapon changes from floor to floor, and using a Weak type can cost you most of your damage. It pays to keep one decent weapon of each type rather than a single favourite. The weapons page shows where they come from.
What is on each floor?
Floors are grouped by world, and the tower wall labels each group: The Grasslands on floors 1 to 5, The Cave on 6 to 10, the Jungle from floor 11 and The Beach on 51 to 60. The notes add: “Fight each world’s boss every 5 floors, from King Chicken to the Skullcrab.” The King Chicken stands on floor 5.
The worlds then appear to repeat. A player in the official Discord says enemies return to the Grasslands past floor 60, and the video backs that up: a crab boss on floor 120, Grasslands on 121 to 125 and The Cave on 126 to 130. That suggests a 60-floor cycle at higher levels, though no one has published it (unverified). The same player complains that those stronger Grasslands enemies pay the same XP as the ones outside, so do not count on the Tower for leveling.
Who are the Tower Guardian and the Chained Warden?
Two are new. Both have their own Index cards:
| Boss | Floors | First enemy level | Badge earned by Nov 1 |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Tower Guardian, a huge armored knight | 50, 150, 250 and so on | 255 | 5,043 |
| The Chained Warden, a giant skeleton | 100, 200, 300 and so on | 505 | 962 |
The badge counts come about 16 hours after launch, so for now roughly one player in five who beat the Guardian has also beaten the Warden. Their strong weapon differs between visits, so read the panel each time. We have not found a fight guide for either yet.
What are the Season 1 rewards?
Season 1 runs until December 6, 2026. The leaderboard panel says “A higher place wins every reward below it too”, and each band also has its own Tower title:
| Final place | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Top 100 | Secret Tower Champion armor, a Limit Breaker, 100 Shard Chests |
| Top 50 | A second Limit Breaker |
| Top 25 | All 4 Tower Champion armor pieces |
| Top 10 | The Unknown Tower Champion Greatsword |
| Top 3 | Its own reward row on the panel; the notes do not describe it |
| First | A third Limit Breaker, more Unknown and Secret Shards |
The cut-off moves fast. Within about an hour of launch the leader was on floor 66, and the panel read “Reach Floor 57 for Top 100”. Expect that number to climb for five weeks. A Limit Breaker doubles the max of a Secret or Unknown item, as the weapons page explains.
Is the Tower Pass worth buying?
Only if you expect to reach its big floors before December 6. A reward comes every 5 floors on a free track, and the premium track costs 999 Robux in the notes and store data. Tokyowends’ screen showed 900, so check the price in game. The store describes the pass as being for this season, and you can gift it to a player in your server.
| Floor | Free | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | 5 Item Boxes | Top Floor emote |
| 10 | 2 Weapon Chests | 3 Weapon Tier Scrolls |
| 15 | Gargoyle Boots skin | 2 Shard Chests |
| 20 | 2 Luck Totems | 2 Damage Totems |
| 25 | 3 Weapon Tier Scrolls | 2 Godly Shards |
| 30 | 2 Shard Chests | 2 Ability Runes |
Further up, the panel shows the Skyward Wyrm flying mount at floor 60, the Ascendant Cape at floor 90 and the Secret Throne Reaper Scythe at floor 105. The notes put the premium total at 4 capes, 3 auras, 3 titles and the Tower Summit banner. The free track includes Gargoyle armor and Twinblade Axe skins.
The early premium rows are decent value, with tier scrolls, shards and two Ability Runes by floor 30. The scythe is the hard one. Floor 105 has level 530 enemies by the pattern above, and on November 1 no player had the Level 500 badge, with 128 at Level 400. Multipliers narrow that gap, but do not buy the pass for the scythe unless you are already clearing floor 60 comfortably.
What is the Global Challenge?
A board by the Tower, also on the Global tab in Rewards, sets 3 tasks a week for every player on every server. Finish all 3 before Wednesday and everyone gets 2x Luck all Wednesday. Three new tasks start when Wednesday ends.
The first week’s board asked for 790,000 enemies, 7,900 bosses and 20,000 trees chopped, with 3 days 14 hours left near launch. Normal play counts, so you do not need to do anything special to help. If the board fills, that Wednesday is the day for your rare-drop farming.
