About the game

What is Poly Loot?

Poly Loot is an action RPG on Roblox for desktop, mobile and console. The developer sums it up as one loop in four steps, and promises new worlds, enemies and equipment with every update.

The core loop

Defeat monsters

Quests send you after everything from the chickens near spawn to the Jungle's cobras.

Collect loot

Monsters and bosses drop weapons, armor and materials, and the Index shows who drops what.
03

Equip better gear

Upgrade it with shards and coins, and reroll its tier grade with tier scrolls.
04

Level up

Every level-up lets you put a point into Damage, Defense or Health.

Quests, stats and your first fights

Every save starts with Captain Mara, who hands you a sword and your first hunt. You can hold several quests at once, and most guide creators put early level-up points into Damage.

Gear, tier grades and the Index

Gear comes from crafting, monster drops and bosses. Every item has a tier grade you can reroll, and the rarest grade, Z, has official odds of 1 in 10,000. The Index shows which enemy drops what, and completing a set adds a permanent boost.

Abilities and mining

Update 1.5 added both. Spend Ability Runes at the Ability Circle to roll one of 8 abilities and keep up to 3. Mine five ores, craft four pickaxes and upgrade a Gold Mine that keeps producing gold.

The Jungle and the elemental swords

The Jungle opened on September 13 with five new creatures, its own village and two bosses. Three elemental swords are hidden around the map: Red and Blue near spawn, and Green high in a Jungle tree.

Bosses, from most to least beaten

01 King Chicken 39.7%

The first boss. The opening cutscene makes beating it your goal.
02 Spider 10.8%

Waits in the cave past the starting fields, and is a rare Ability Rune drop.
03 Hero Nay 4.9%

Can drop the Coffin Blade at 1% on repeat wins.
04 Triple Head Cobra 3.9%

The Jungle boss. Returns every 15 minutes, with a 1% Godly Cobra Twinblade Axe.
05 Warden Alder 1.9%

A duel in the jungle ruins at level 80, with a rematch every 30 minutes.
